Article Processing Chargers
In the open access model, the cost of publishing an article is paid from the author’s research budget, or by their supporting institution, in the form of an Article Processing Charge. This Article Processing Charge replaces subscription fees and allows the publisher to make the full text of each published article available free of charge to all interested readers. In addition, authors who publish in the journal retain copyright to their work, which is released under the “Creative Commons Attribution License,” which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction of the article in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
Authors are required to pay a FREE handling fee. However, there is no submission fee. Authors are required to make payment ONLY after their manuscript has been reviewed and accepted for publication.
