Abstract

The website-based Hajj and Umrah souvenir sales information system at Al-Qanuni Store was developed as a solution
to improve efficiency and effectiveness in sales activities. This system is designed using the PHP programming language with the
support of a MySQL database as a data storage medium. Through this system, the process of managing product data, ordering,
payment transactions, and generating sales reports can be done more quickly, accurately, and structured. The implementation
of this web-based information system also makes it easier for customers to make purchases online without having to come directly
to the store. Customers can view products, place orders, and obtain information related to transactions more practically. Based
on research results, the implementation of this system has been proven to improve operational efficiency, speed up the transaction
process, and support more effective sales management and customer service. In addition, this system helps Al-Qanuni Store in
optimizing business management and improving the customer experience in online shopping.
