Abstract

One of the factors that influences a company's productivity is time. By using time effectively and efficiently a company can certainly increase productivity. To meet these demands, the company must determine the best system to use. The limitation of the problem in this measurement is that measuring working time is carried out directly, namely by using direct, indirect methods. Direct working time measurement techniques. There are two methods that can be used to measure working time. Research methods are needed so that the research is directed and systematic so that the problem solving process went well. Research begins with carrying out research objectives, problem formulation, data collection, data processing, analysis, and ends with determining conclusions and suggestions. Calculation of normal time (Wn) Normal time is the time produced by considering adjustment factors. Calculation of normal time (Wn) This is done using the formula: Calculation of standard time (Wb) Taking into account slack in the work observed is a way to calculate standard time.
